On-Farm and Off-Farm Programs.

We will only be OPEN TO THE PUBLIC on
some Fridays & Saturdays, 10:30am-5pm.
Open Fridays & Saturdays will feature Farm Tours, Farm Skills Share,
Herb Talks, Weed Walks, Drum Fun, Tea at the Fire, Time to Shop!

We operate on donations, thank you for supporting our Educational Farm:
- You may stop by to shop the Yellow Barn Store & Hive, buy Teas, Eggs, Plants, etc. for FREE. We take Cash, Checks, Debit/Credit.
(Donations are always welcome to support our Farm)
- If you Tour the Farm and spend time with us enjoying the Farm’s Charms, (Weed Walks, Animals, Gardens & More) we ask for $10 donation per person or $20 per Family. You do not need to call ahead, just check the website to make sure we will be open. Special Needs & Seniors Welcome!
- Volunteers are welcome anytime between 10am-5pm whenever the Farm is open to the Public or contact Jean 804-815-2839 for more info. We appreciate our Volunteers!
- We are a Collection Spot for the Gloucester Mathews Humane Society…any food or money is welcome for you to drop off anytime we are open! We deliver to them whenever we get a good amount for the Animals. Our Dogs approve! 🙂
- Please schedule larger groups so we may present a quality program-
*Family Groups- $10 per person, kids under 12 Free
*Children’s Groups- $10 per Child and Adults are FREE.
We present programs to: Master Gardeners, Garden Clubs, Churches, Libraries, Senior Groups, Day Supports, School & Homeschool Groups, VSU, and more! Call Today to schedule YOUR Group! - As Groups are scheduled, we customize the program to each group asking for your preferences.
- We offer Herb Talks, Weed Walks, Farm Skills, Drum Fun Rhythm & Bell Events, On & Off farm!
- We present a hour Drum Program, when OPEN to the Public, at 3pm….so visit at 3pm on any OPEN days if you want to experience Drum Fun around the Fire! We furnish the Drums.

NEW! We are offering an Interactive Bell Program for Visitors, Groups & Programs! So much Fun as a Bell Team to ring out some of our Favorite Songs! Great for all Ages and Special Needs groups too!

$150 an hour for a local Program.

2025 will be our 7th year, the Course will start again in March,
Graduation is in Oct., one Saturday a month, 10am-4pm.
We only take 15 Students a year, open for Men & Women,

We offer Classes & Workshops often during the year on Farm Skills & Herbs…they will be listed on the Save These Dates Page when scheduled.
We have unique meeting areas at the Farm you can reserve for your Groups, Churches, Clubs, etc. to meet when you just want to hold a meeting without a scheduled program.
Some spaces are outside and some are inside with AC & Heat. a large stage and an area with a small stage complete with a full Drum Set, Previa Piano and guitars are available too. We offer Karaoke & Open Mic fun in this area for Guests to enjoy! Great for Birthday parties too! We usually charge $35 to reserve an area for 1-2 hours. We can discuss price if you want to reserve an area for a longer time or want to add a program.
We often smudge the Guests at the Fire area with burning sage as we gather to share the Drums Programs, it is an ancient practice, supposed to clear the space of germs & bad energy. We respect you…please step away if you do not want to participate. It will only take a few minutes. Thank you.
You can request programs with or without Smudging.
We also often open and close programs with prayer….also, your choice.
